Approval in Dartmoor National Park

Working on a rear extension in Moretonhampstead I met the most constraints of any planning department I have ever experienced.

My client has approval on a previous scheme with a different design after successfully appealing a refused application, so I knew it wouldn't be straight forward.

After mocking up my ideas in 3D my client was happy & we recently run the course to a successful approval.
